Custom Row Formatting
Let our platform do the work for you with our new conditional formatting feature! This gives you the control and freedom to manipulate the coloring or styling of records within your list. It allows you to highlight records in your list that contain specific data attributes in addition to any filters you have applied. You will click "List Options" and select "Row Formatting" from the dropdown.
On the next screen, you will be prompted to select one of our pre-built templates or create your own custom rule. When creating a custom rule you will give the rule a name, select the color preview, and fill out the conditions in which records will be highlighted. You will choose the column(s) you would like to search for and then select the operator and value that needs to be met based on the data in the column. The example below will highlight all deals in the negotiation stage that have not had an activity created in the last 10 days.
Once the rule is saved, your list will automatically highlight the entire row of any record that fits the criteria. This will make the records pop off the page and make it easier to visualize which records in your list require action.
NOTE: Row Formatting only applies to saved lists and cannot be added to the following lists: All Companies, All Deals, and All People.
