Can I put my account on hold?

Yes, an admin is able to pause the Pipeline subscription for 1, 3, or 6 months by going to Profile -> Account Settings -> Payment & Billing -> Update Subscription -> Cancel account -> Pause Account and selecting a term. Once you have made your selection, a banner will display when your subscription payments will resume.
